With Light offers subscription-based access to our services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
- All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Free Trials
- We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
- You can cancel your trial anytime before it ends to avoid charges.
3. Refunds
- Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable, and no credits or refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at legal@withlight.ai, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Changes to Plans or Pricing
- We may modify subscription plans or fees at any time. Changes will take effect on renewal. We will notify you in advance of any price changes and give you the opportunity to cancel before they apply.
